Walls are cut from Evergreen styrene (No. 4062, 0,060” spacing novelty siding). I used sharp hobby knife and score-and-snap technique.
After all the walls have been cut I laid down Grandt Line windows and mark positions. I used “normal” 8 pane window (Grandt Line 5030) for office and larger 4 pane (Grandt Line 5117) for garage side and back.
Those large windows are not perfect for this task but I had them laying around. I also wanted to have somewhat larger windows on garage. Since I need to wait (usually) 2 weeks for shipping I decided to go with what I had. Cutting was done using knife for open cuts and nibbler for closed ones.
For doors, I used Grand Line 5072 Door with Window and Transom. Those doors were to high (and sofisticated) for what I needed so I cut the transom off and replaced the top beam from it.
